having me on. It is great to be with you. Tommy Baker is a writer, speaker, author, and coach,

and host of the Resist Average Academy. After starting and running Tommy Baker Fitness,

he has continued to follow his passion for learning, teaching, sharing, and experience. Tommy wrote

the 1% rule where he outlines the process of integrating breakthroughs into our lives to allow

consistent growth to achieve our dreams. Well, today's expert interview topic is how to reverse

engineer your success. And you've been studying this and practicing it for many years. So take the

stage, if you will, and give us the situation that we find ourselves in on this topic.

Well, Don, there's never been more information, more content, more knowledge around how to

create success. And yet at the same time, so many people feel

stuck, frustrated, or like they're spinning their wheels. And that was also me at one point. I would go

to all the seminars. I would go to all the webinars and the content and listen to all this material,

but I had little to no results to show for it. And so the 1% rule is really a system where, yes, you're

going to create a bold vision for your life, but we're not going to stop there. We're going to

reverse engineer it all the way to what we do today. And for me, in all of my years of coaching
