stressful arguments that we get into. And we think, oh, this is terrible. i'm going to avoid it but actually once you do that

you're you're cutting off an immense source of creativity and and insight and um and connection to people

actually you get you get closer to people i think in argument and so the book is about how to you know

just do it do it better you know how to argue better know, just do it, do it better.
