Disenchantment happens when your expectation misalines with reality and you don't know how to find the truer reality.

Don't be surprised if your marriage is starving if you are not connected to a church.

Husband, if you try to pursue your wife and she's not responded to your pursuit, it doesn't mean stop trying.

It just means pursue even more.

Women, you have the power to do that, to create this beautiful moment.

And I think that's what some people will do

with marriage is they'll enter into marriage as if they're walking in at Disneyland and they think,

I'm in for the time of my life. Get into community and be known and see how the Lord works

through those people that are in your church. If our marriage is not where it should be,

and that needs to be handled, we need to grow in

Christ, we need to grow together, we need to have a better household, a better marriage.

Anything that would take me away from that is a distraction.
