I know we all get in those moods where we're we just want to change our whole life. We want to

redo our room. We want to like go shopping at home goods and buy all this new decoration. We want to go get all these new school supplies and we make a plan and we make

these goals on a vision board. And then I mean, weekend we're like, eh, and we kind of give up on it.

And we kind of lose the excitement of a new room or whatever it may be. So today I'm going to be

giving you seven things you can do right now to change your life,

as well as how to stay consistent with it. So it's not just going to be what you can do, but how

impulsive, very out of nowhere. I made a really quick list of things I do when I want to feel better, get a little reset on my life,
