Your week three matchup is over.

And now you need to improve your team for week four.

Well, here are seven running backs you actually want to add based off of what just happened.

And we'll start with the potentially obvious one, but number two is not going to be anywhere

near obvious, but Khalil Herbert had a fantastic day.

The man led all running backs in week three with 33.9 fantasy points, and it wasn't even

close.

He had eight more than the next guy. But here's

what you might have missed. Herbert actually split these backup snaps early on. Check this out.

According to pro football focus, as you can see highlighted here, he played just 16 snaps to

Ebner, the other rookies 13 in the first half, but then things changed. Because Herbert ended up

playing 38 total snaps in the game and Ebner just 15. In the second half, Herbert played all but two of the running back snaps, 92% of the second half snaps for Herbert.

So this is clearly a fantastic role and probably one that you would expect.

So it was great to see.

And here's what it led to.

Galeal Herbert produced over 150 yards and basically three quarters of play here and really just the second half as the true running back.

And he scored a couple of touchdowns. This is something David Montgomery has never done.

He's never had a 150 yard rushing game in Corrosse four quarters of play.

So it's evident that Herbert's a must stat if Montgomery is out. But either way, he's valuable.

He shouldn't be on any waiver wires, but here's what you need to know about Herbert. He is indeed available on more than 50% of league, so he might not be in yours, but like I said, the majority of leagues he's out there,

which is why he's in this video. And the other thing is, right now Herbert has started four games.

Last year here was a rookie, by the way. So he started four games without Dave and Montgomery.
