Julie and I really like doing topics like this because it allows us

to be really, really brutally direct and honest with all of you guys. And by framing the content

like we often do, it kind of also gives us permission to cut through a lot of the fluff

and Mickey Mouse that's out there. I read, and I've been reading, Julie, I made it a habit now of reading the new reviews on the book every morning over coffee. And yeah, I really, I have to say, I'm, you know, I'm thrilled that you guys get it. I'm thrilled that you guys understand the book. But what really, what I'm really happy about is that the message resonates with all of you. You guys are appreciating the fact that

real estate is such an incredible opportunity to be of service to people. Real estate is such

an incredible opportunity to own a business where you can make a lot of profit and all the

rest of it. But really what you guys understand is the integrity that was the underlying
