I think it's disgusting, it's awful, and one of the problems is that because Johnson

piles distraction on distraction, scandal on distraction, it's a deliberate technique of his,

I don't know what it's a technique that was around in your day, but his technique

said if you've thrown off chaff in the air, people forget about the previous scandals.

I felt this even when I was trying to talk to people about how awful what was happening

during COVID in number 10 was, that people had already forgotten the other scandals,

they'd forgotten the scandals around Ern Patterson and lobbying, they'd forgotten scandals

around his wallpaper, they'd forgotten the protein of parliament, just one thing builds

on another, but the simple, central fact is he introduced laws for the rest of the country,

which was an incredibly serious thing to do that had a huge impact on people's lives,

and he was in endless cobra meetings looking at the very details of those laws,

discussing them in real detail with people as he needed to, because this was basically the
