So I think ask for and give feedback. It's just such an easy win. Find out what your

boss even wants. Are you living into totally unrealistic expectations that you've made

for yourself? Or are you missing the mark on something that you don't even know they want?

There's a lot of microphones around us right now while we look at each other across

of my dearest friends. So this also feels funny. Let's talk about business. Yes, let's

be professional. Yes. I start them all the same way, which is to ask for anybody who does

not know you. Will you tell us a little bit about your career, what you do now, and kind

of how you found yourself here? Yes. So I'm Katie Cassada. I am the lead life groups

pastor at Fellowship in Rovia, which is a church in Marovia, California. Imagine that.

Greater LA area. Surprise. And yeah, I've been in Christian ministry since I graduated

college, which sounds kind of weird. And I mean, people are like, are you a nun? I'm not

a nun. That's a different role. Yeah. I don't wear that ever to work. So it's a large

organization. So it's a lot of working in nonprofit, but our nonprofit school is that

people are loved and known and love God and know him. So that's kind of our organization's

mission and vision. So it translates well to the nonprofit sector for kind of what
