We spend so much energy trying to become the person we think we need to be before we can do the things that matter to us.

But transformation doesn't work that way.

Transformation happens in the doing, in the showing up, in the willingness to engage with life before we feel completely ready.

Think of a door as a threshold between where you are and where you're growing toward.

Most of us stand at these thresholds waiting for some internal signal that we're prepared enough,

qualified enough, ready enough to cross over. But the door doesn't respond to our sense

of preparedness. It responds to our willingness to approach it with authenticity and openness.

When we approach life's opportunities with our whole heart, bringing all of our uncertainty,

all of our imperfection, all of our genuine desire to grow. We create the conditions

for real transformation. We stop trying to be someone else and start becoming more fully

ourselves. Here's a question for your reflection. What door in your life have you been
