How to play the key injury shakeups in the trade market.

Sean this week has been, you know, a bummer.

I mean, we've done a lot on Sun Bananas over the last couple of years talking through kind of the emotional side of this.

Anyone obviously who has Justin Jefferson, Devon A. Chan, those types of rosters.

I mean, it's just been a rough week.

I'm sure A. Chan in particular is one that I know I wrote about in the ceiling signals this week as a guy that I, because I wasn't as on him.

You got me some exposure to him. Some of my co-man-manors you know a hat tip to our buddy pete overset who had the mantra this offseason of you know a Miami Dolphins running back on every team he was always talking about so yeah I mean I had some co-managers that helped me get a little bit of exposure to him but it wasn't somebody that I was you know advocating for in big way. And I don't necessarily feel like it was this massive hit for myself, although it's been

great for some of my rosters because of people like you.

But I wrote in stealing signals that the people who did hit on that, I mean, it's the

worst type of outcome for fantasy football where you, I mean, this is why we do this, is to like, I mean, ultimately, fantasy football is a, you know, sort of a player take thing. That's what's fun about it. We pick out sleepers, you know, and when you get the sleeper right and he starts to perform at this level that A. Chan has been performing at, it is the best feeling in fantasy football.

It's better than having Justin Jefferson performing well in your team because everybody

drafted Justin Jefferson.

You are the one that liked Devon A-chan, and that is really, really cool.

And so then when that gets taken away and you don't actually get the payoff of that,

it's one of the worst feelings.

I mean, we had it with Breece Hall last year. He was a little bit of a later picked and not everyone believed in we were really excited about he started to break out then he gets hurt right away um there are other examples as well i wouldn't put like last year's tray lance injury in this bucket because we hadn't seen trai lance play but the you know at a high level the point is is when it's a clear hit and then you still don't even get the payoff. And so I understand for anyone who has been having a rough week this week, I just, you know, I wanted to give a shout out that like I, we've talked about it before, the emotional side of fantasy. Like it's okay for it to bug you. And I've heard from people that it's bugged them. And then everyone always wants to say,

like, this shouldn't bug me so much. And it's like, yeah, but you put it really well. I remember last year, like anything that we care about, we should care about, right? If anything we're spending a lot of time on in life, we should care about. And it's okay that, you know, something that you really enjoy doing that you actually care about.
