how to titrate up medications which I really find that a lot of these conditions,

internists are just not comfortable using these medications or if they haven't done it,

I've become comfortable using a lot of them now but it's just not something that I think is taught

I mean all these medications now that we use are used quite a bit differently in this setting

than they were for example in the trials that were originally done for you know these classes

of drugs, whether it's tricyclics, Gamma Patinoid, Saratone, and Narpa Neffern reoptic inhibitors.

And so for example if you are getting any of your information about those drugs from the

companies you know who have those drugs they're telling you for example to give a Gamma Patinoid

like pre-gablin with half the dose in the morning and half the dose at night or
