a redemption Thursday won't that be something looking forward to it. But it's a day to get back in

studio after a nice trip to Charlotte and another ACC kickoff under the belt. How many of these?

I don't even know. I've been going for a long, long time. And, you know, they've gotten in some ways more advanced, in some ways less exhilarating.

They're not as fun as they once were.

They used to shower us with gifts, so I'm a little selfish that way.

Did you get anything other than the credential?

So when you go to check in, on the top floor, you walk in, you give them your name, they give you your pass, then they give you a little free Chick-fil-A gift card that says, be a guest on us. You got the Chick-fil-A gift card. I got a Chick-fil-A gift card when I checked in, Tom. That's what I got. Rest in peace, 11. Chick-Blay Minow Street. I couldn't believe. I was just like... Was it at least $20 or was it like just a free sandwich? Here's a free sandwich. It's a free sandwich. Or nuggets if you want. Right. Yeah, I was laughing. I was like, oh, how we have fallen.

And that's, by the way, that's not, like, unique to the ACC as a second-class organization.

That's everywhere.

I mean, for years when you covered bowl games, you know, you'd walk out of there with a satin, you know, rose adorned, you know, shower cap matching, everything.

You had, it was incredible.

You're like, okay, so I got a robe, I got slippers, and a shower cap that all match.

This is amazing.

You get travel bags, computer bags.

I talked about this the other day.

You'd get all that stuff, and it was really cool.

And the funny part is when you checked in the way the rules, when you covered a bowl game, a lot of times you get there the day before.

But if you got there the day of, you were always very nervous because sometimes the stuff they had was limited.

Like if you wanted that leather briefcase, which is awesome.

You better get there the day before.
