Summary

How do you live a high quality of life? What should you eat so that you will have enough energy for you to focus on your task(s) at hand? In this episode, I sat down with Dr. Steven Gundry, a former cardiac surgeon, American doctor, and author, again to talk about his new brand new book, The Energy Paradox: What to Do When Your Get-Up-and-Go Has Got Up and Gone. We discussed, what should you do and eat to maximize your energy for the day, how does sugar affects your energy level. We also talked about how the health and food industry is flawed, and what makes Dr. Steven Gundry starts to write all his book! Also, as he mentioned in the podcast, "Fatigue is not your fate!" My new book Skip The Line is out! Make sure you get a copy wherever you get your new book! Join You Should Run For President 2.0 Facebook Group, and we discuss why should run for president. I write about all my podcasts! Check out the full post and learn what I learned at jamesaltucher.com/podcast. Thanks so much for listening!
