And I really think it's these acupuncture energy balls that are stuck in my ear that are super painful. They're turning my ear red. I don't know what the hell is going on. I was excited because I thought you got like super cool piercings. What the hell is an energy ball?

Now I don't go to an acupuncturist. So I went

to an acupuncturist. I went to a new acupuncturist over the weekend. I used to go to Tacoma Park. You know, that's where my if you're in the D.C. area and you listen to us in the D.C. area. Tacoma Park is this really cool little like suburb of Maryland. It's like

crunchy. It's

organic. I love it. Yeah. All the good therapists are there. So I used to go there and to see Robin,

my mindful eating and living therapist for years because I love Robin. Love Robin. I used to live in D.C.

And then in her office, they had this awesome acupuncturist Carolyn.

So I went there. She was so good. But now I live in Arlington. It's just really hard to get there. I don't have a car. I basically take scooters everywhere. You know, it's just me and my backpack and like a double scooter ride. So that backpack. I looked for a new acupuncturist in Arlington. And I found her. I really like her. I went for the first time on Friday.

I was completely out of it.
