| 0:08.6 | My name is Alisa Keaton, and today we are going to do a forgiveness meditation. |
| 0:18.4 | Now I know just at the mention of the word forgiveness, perhaps some charged emotions come up. |
| 0:28.4 | I would encourage you just to recognize them right now, and take a breath and inhale mercy, |
| 0:36.9 | and exhale grace. |
| 0:41.8 | This is a gift for you and an offering to the Lord. |
| 0:50.0 | So go ahead and place yourself in a comfortable position. |
| 0:57.1 | Close your eyes and begin to breathe into your belly. |
| 1:04.2 | Inhaling and letting your belly soften and expand. |
| 1:10.4 | An exhale as it falls and contracts. |
| 1:17.6 | You're not forcing the breath, you're just being curious, |
| 1:25.1 | filling your belly with breath. |
| 1:35.8 | Inhale mercy. |
| 1:40.2 | Exhale grace. |
| 1:47.4 | Holy Spirit, you are invited to fill us with your presence. |
| 1:55.4 | As we settle ourselves down, soften our body into your presence, |
| 2:02.7 | I ask now that you would give us a sense of your nearness, |
| 2:09.5 | that you are with us as the helper, |
| 2:14.3 | leading us into an abundant life. |
| 2:20.9 | So God, I pray right now and ask for courage, mercy, and grace. |
| 2:29.5 | I ask for your covering for those who feel uncovered in the moment, |
| 2:36.4 | as we work through giving you what you ask us to give forgiveness. |
