A pastor's resource is a way for pastors to move from good ideas to

implementation. I talked to pastors all the time that say, okay I get it we need to be filled with

grace and truth we need to stick to the word of God and understand what the Bible says

about marriage and sexuality but we also need to open up our arms and love and care for LGBT people and we're not doing that well.

Okay, I get all that. How do we do that? How do we move from good ideas to implementation?

So a pastor's resource is just that.
