I hope you're doing well. It has been an eclipse season. I mean, the eclipse season continues. And I know there's been a lot of transition. There's been a lot of

things coming up with relationships and careers changing and also a lot of transition on and off planet.

And this was a topic that has been present in my social circles on the team because I know a lot

of people who have unfortunately had loved ones transition to the other

side recently. And I do think, you know, there are themes in terms of, you know, just lost.

Like, how do we navigate that? That we've been talking about privately. And so I told Kaylin we should

do an episode about this. And she had recently lost a loved one,

her cousin, and was kind of going through this. And Kailen has gone through throughout her life,

like, you know, multiple experiences from a young age of people who are really,

really close to her passing and just with different energies. And so I wanted to ask her about that and kind of her process with that. And so this episode is

about, you know, now I'm getting loss and the death of loved ones, which, you know, we've touched on

different episodes in the podcast, but I wanted to give this some more space. I think it's a topic we can

always give some more room for. And just in case anybody else is moving through this some more space. I think it's a topic we can always give some more room for,

and just in case anybody else is moving through this right now. And I think just some space to kind of

navigate the complexities of our feelings related to this, even when we can have a healthy

relationship with death and the other side. There's still stuff that comes up in very real

human emotions and loss is something that we're all going to navigate at one point or another.

And so it's really helpful and interesting to just explore our relationship with that.
