0:23.3	You might remember that a couple of weeks ago, I talked about how I believe I was taught
0:28.2	the wrong spelling of the word dilemma in school, and that this seems to be a somewhat
0:33.7	common belief, although it may not be true.

0:40.8	But I got a couple of especially interesting comments that I thought would be fun to share.
0:45.6	The first one is from a listener named Sheldon, who wrote, quote,
0:49.6	I was shocked to hear your podcast about dilemma.
0:52.8	I'm sure I was taught to spell it with an N.
0:56.0	I'm dyslexic and can't look at a word and get the spelling.
0:59.8	The only way I can spell words is if the spelling is obvious,
1:03.7	or if I've been told a trick to remember how to spell it,
1:06.9	or these days by using a spelling checker.
1:09.6	I was told that the way to remember how to spell that word was to pronounce the N,
1:14.8	Dilemma.
1:16.2	I've been doing that for almost 60 years now.
1:19.6	Dilemma was a word I heard often.
1:22.1	My father was always on the horns of a dilemma.
