1:46.8 | thinking about the fact that, geez, you know, I mean, outside of my own home, I own nearly |
1:52.1 | $2 million worth of rental buildings in this local market. And unlike with some other calamities, |
1:58.6 | earthquake insurance is prohibitively expensive to buy. |
2:03.6 | I don't have an earthquake policy for that reason, and few do. |
2:08.7 | It's just really one of those things to keep in mind when you're buying real estate. |
