privilege of hosting an incredible guest, a dear friend and epic sleep researcher and clinician, Dr Michael Gradasar.

Michael, he has the history of being a professor and director

and clinical psychologist at the Child

and Adolescent Clinic at Wink Sleep in Australia, the head of sleep science at

Sleep Cycle, which is a company based out of Sweden and Michael will correct me if I'm

wrong there, he's got a very long

lineage of being an academic, some great institutes in his training in his

professional career. He's done groundbreaking work in the area of sleep, of light, of screens, and also of technology.

So all of that surrounding sleep and those are the topics that we're going to cover today and probably also maybe even in a few subsequent episodes.

If that was not enough, he has specialized in the treatment of pediatric sleep problems.

There he has a history of almost 20 years in that field. He has provided training to over

420 psychologists at less count that I heard throughout Australia on the

treatment of pediatric sleep disorders.

He has published countless research studies

evaluating the treatment of insomnia and circadian rhythm disorders.

And we'll touch on that a little bit both in children

adolescents and adults and now he is the head of sleep science at that fascinating company
