us have done, many of us do when we drive that we shouldn't do because it's not really part of driving.

It's not, I don't think it's legal, I don't think it's part of the acquiring your driver's license needs

It's just an extracurricular driving habit that many have that could be dangerous and definitely is kind of annoying.
