This show began about 12 years ago, was a Q&A format.

I'd answer questions from stretching students, nutrition questions from students around the world.

As the volume of the questions grew, I started publishing those

recordings and then it evolved into the interview style show that you know today. Whether you've

listened to a few episodes or hundreds, I really appreciate your support as I've hopefully

improved as an interviewer over these years. So why stop now? The honest answer is AI, artificial intelligence. I recently recorded

what I thought was one of the best episodes. During the editing, I realized I had this epiphany

that what would have been even better than one of my best shows would be a deeper, more comprehensive,

research-based article or a show based on an

article, something I could now create much, much better with the help of AI. I know there's a lot of

skepticism and fear around artificial intelligence and large language models, a lot of dystopian

predictions. I don't share that view. I've never been more excited about anything in terms of

education,
