But I'm recording from a hotel room in Weston, Florida, which is near Fort Lauderdale.

And I'm doing so because my dear

friend Maria Towner, who has been on this podcast two or three times before, is here visiting,

and I'm staying with her. And for the first time ever, I'm recording with someone in person
