with most British people, the 24 hour clock is kind of inbuilt into them. So, like, I look at 16, and I know that means

four. Like, I don't have to do the math. I mean, and if I say there are people that aren't like this,

those people don't use the 24-hour. But like I see 16 and it means a

different thing in that context. The number 16 doesn't mean 16. It means four. Weird.

But nobody ever says that. Nobody ever says 1630 unless you're in like the military or something.
