People are more concerned about the durability of their wealth now when the stock market has fallen with a precipitous thud

like it has here in the first month of this year, largely on China and oil concerns. Well, if real

estate values fall fast, that often doesn't affect your cash flow in investor advantage markets,

and cash flow is often what you're buying

for anyway. With stocks, okay, if you're foregoing growth stocks and instead you're buying more

stodgy established stocks, well, then your capital growth is slower and your cash flow there
