whatever day you're listening to this on. I am recording on a Saturday at 9.30 a.m. So early,

which is not my usual, but I have been working on this episode throughout the week and I decided I wanted to just have a weekend to myself.

Not that I don't love podcasting, but I am going to be staying in L.A. this weekend.

And I just wanted to relax and enjoy the weather because I don't know about you guys, but I love spring, probably because

I'm a spring baby. But this weather just puts me in such a good mood. I've been going on my

pinchy mental health walks and they help me so much. So this week I started doing a lunch workout like I used to back in the summer last year.

And although it could be chaotic because I only get an hour lunch break, so I have to, you know,

my heart rate starts racing as soon as it hits 12.

I'm getting dressed.

I'm like running to my car, getting to the gym.

And the gym is about like five to 10 minutes away from my workplace. So I get there. I do a quick

like 30, 35 minute workout. And then I head back, have a baby wipe bath and put my clothes back on for work.

Usually I try to take like a salad or something that is easy to eat where I don't have

to wait for like the microwave and heat it all up.

So it's a pretty chaotic lunch break, but honestly, the endorphins that come from working out midday,

they just hit different. Like, I get this burst of energy. I've also been really focused on

eating the right amount of protein. I have made it a goal just to keep buying high protein foods like Greek yogurt and I found

these pure protein bars that I really liked at Costco. If you're looking for a protein bar that

doesn't taste like chalk, this is the one. I believe there's a peanut butter flavor,

a chocolate flavor, and it might be chocolate chip. I'm not sure.
