proven systems to maximize the occupancy while reducing operating cost. He specializes in bringing

in homes to fill vacant lots,

implementing utility buildback programs,

and improving overall management operating efficiencies,

how you doing, buddy? Good. Thanks for having me, Kevin. Yeah, man, it's been a long time. I had you on the show,

it's probably been over a year now, a year and a half, maybe even closer to two years. I know time

flies. And I remember the very first time that we met, Andrew, we met, we had spoken a few times

in the phone, but we met at MHA. I think it was probably two years ago, maybe three now. Again, I lose track of time here.

And back then, I think you had purchased one community, and now you're up to 16.
