I am Tom Reed, joined as always by Dave Mullinary, who at some point in the next few days or weeks

or months will come home from the West Coast. He's been out there for a while on this long

road trip with the Penguins. We are recording on Friday. The Penguins just coming off a

six-two loss to the Kings.

Director of Penguins, Director of Player Development, Scott Young young we're going to have Scott on he's

going to be an assistant coach for the u.s men's hockey team obviously the NHL player is not going

but Scott has done so much over throughout his career as both a player and as a coach for

USA hockey so we'll talk to him about that,

a little bit of the penguin prospects.

But really, the story of the week is the return of Afghani, Malc.

Dave, you are out there in Anaheim, a storybook return, a couple of goals.

Thursday night, not so great, took a penalty.

Again, they got beat pretty handily, six to two.
