Oliver North went to Nicaragua and warned the people there against voting for

Ortega currently leads the polls in a five-man race.

Oliver North, for those of you who don't know, was instrumental in setting up

farming and illegally funding the Nicaraguan Contras in the 1980s as part of Reagan's strategy

The Contras were essentially a U.S-supported terrorist army which primarily targeted civilians.
