Welcome back to another episode of a well-designed business.

It's Power Talk Friday, and I have a returning expert guest for us, Kay Whitaker of Kay Whitaker Solutions. If you remember, she gave us

tons of value in her original appearance on the show. And here's the little thing that happened.

So I've been kind of going in circles with Kay because first Kay came on and she told us all about

a particular case study of a interior designer that she helped. And she helped her turn her business around

in literally three months. And if you remember, this was Farah Hyman. And so we talked with Farah.

And in that discussion, Farrow went on to explain to us how one of the key things that I took away from that was that Kay comes in and says to her, yeah, you don't need one people, one person, you need three.
