Visualize on a daily basis. Why this is really cool. It's because your brain

Cannot tell the difference between an experience that is happening in

Outward physical reality

Versus an experiencing that you are creating with the power of your imagination

Inside of your mind alone. It doesn't know the difference between the two and when you can visualize something

Over and over and over again on a daily basis and

Visualize it with feeling as well as if it's really really happening you literally

Change your brain you create brand new neural pathways in your brain and you can replace

old patterns old habitual ways of thinking

Feeling and acting so you can change your results. I implore you to visualize every single day
