Phil, we instead of just you know kind of answering questions, maybe going over players and

results, we felt like on these longer updates we could actually go deeper and maybe like do a

little bit more of an educational twist on this. So we decided to just kind of look at the youth

academy structure in England as a whole and kind of explain how youth academy is in England work

because it's very different especially to us in the United States. It is yeah and it's constantly

evolving but it's it's useful to be able to take an opportunity to step back and look at what it is,

how it came to be and what it might look like in the years to come and how all of that comes together.

Effect Chelsea is going to be a good one. So again, we're going to be talking about the youth

academy overview in all of England that obviously will specifically drill into Chelsea's Academy

and the role that that plays within the club and the bigger hierarchy then don't worry,
