This one is called a rookie's review. Hey and listen, Carrie S wrote this and it's a four star.

Guys, I don't care if these are one star or four or five. I just want the reviews. This podcast seems to be primarily geared toward

already established as successful realtors with teams. However, it is also beneficial for new realtors.

The pros, Pat grills his guests for details and cuts them off when they speak and

cliches.

He demands that they share something of value.

He also gets hard and soft skills and the mindset

needed in this biz. The first two or three minutes of each podcast are not worth listening

to. In fact, I always fast forward you might lose a portion of a potential

audience because of the beginning that was from Carrie S yes Carrie I appreciate that feedback. Hey, you know, you should have heard them last year because, man, we had a very long, very long introduction then and I like shortened it by about 90% we cut off about 90% so we have

improved that drastically maybe you were listening to an old episode I

don't know listen to some of the new ones and see if you still have that

opinion, don't know how it could even shorten it even more.

But anyways, keep the comments coming guys.
