What's the most interesting thing that I've read in the last week? I'm doing a brain dump for today's episode talking about

the most interesting things I've seen. It's April 15th, so Tax Day. You know, Tax is one of those things that elicits high cortisol in humans, but plan. There's lots of plans. I was just one of the keynote speakers in Malaysia in August for Nomad Capital, which is a big group of people that are trying to structure international global lives, entrepreneurs living all over.

And I give you some things just on my mind since it's tax day that I think are important by the way if you hear that

extinction I was reading on the flight on the plane six extinction they were trying to figure out in Panama while the golden frogs were all dying

but anyway back to what we're talking about plan here's the thing about taxes I'm not sure you ever want your taxes to be zero.

Some people try to optimize for zero present taxes. The problem is for many

important things for a business owner and an investor you want to show some profit so that you can

leverage money with traditional banks so that in addition to that if you're living internationally

you can show different countries that you're a healthy member of their society that will help you get a

passport a visa for those people who want to have multinational living hopefully the

wind's not too strong but you can have to grin bear it we'll try to my audio guys take some of this out.

So that's an important thing. I saw a video of a guy, I think he's 111 years old old the oldest living human on earth right now and they

asked him what's your secret and he said moderation in all things so I was thinking about you know life tax day in America April 15

moderation at all things. It's so often I find that entrepreneurs, they're like Superman, but their own Superman strength is their own

kryptonite.

So extremists become an entrepreneur because they buck society.

They're like, I don't have to go to college. You know, they buck their family

traditions of going to university or getting a nine to five jobs so that you have extremism as a

superpower strength.

I will payeeously, you're tainted too far and you become an extremist in all things.

Too extreme.
