Hey guys, so I had a shit day yesterday. I'm going to be completely honest with you.

I have been pretty stressed out. The past few weeks have been really uncertain and I just feel like I'm not in a specific routine.

There's a lot up in the air in my life right now.

I'm sure a lot of you can relate it's the new year and you know there are a lot of

changes going on with a lot of people that I know at the moment and it's kind of

anxiety-ridding if you let it become this big thing in your mind change. So today I wanted to talk about

anxiety and change and how to deal with it and I'm also recording this podcast for myself because yesterday I didn't do the things I knew

would help me. I did things I knew would not help me and deter me away from my big goals. You know, I'm only human. not was one of those days where I just was not my superwoman self and I really I tried at

the beginning of the day and that was fine it was good but then past you know

two or three o'clock I just had this really negative mentality. I didn't do the work I had

set to do that day. I didn't eat as well as I usually do and I had this really negative like binge anxiety mentality that I hadn't seen in a really long time.

And what I should have done yesterday is either go to the sauna, you know, go to the gym and go to the sauna and just chill and meditate, go on a walk and listen to a podcast, or even like write in my journal and talk about what I'm feeling.

But no, I took the easy option that my weak brain is used to going to.

You know, from the past years and years of conditioning it was always to distract myself with

social media with watching YouTube videos with making food and like just distracting myself. I use cooking as a distraction tool.

So yeah, that's what I did and I woke up feeling like crap.
