Building a culture, this is where the culture has to be yours.

You need to believe it.

You need to sell it and you need to demand it.

The culture at Ohio State, I always had a vision and a dream that we would play fearless.

We have three parts of the culture.

And number one is it's called Relentless Effort. The sound bite is four to six, A to B.

That's the length of a play, and everybody has a point A and point B. You go as hard as you can.

The number two is called competitive excellence, and that's a John Woonism, and that's,

I want you to embrace, we're going to work harder than anybody else in America.

And then the final piece is, it's called Power of the Unit, and it's love.

The greatest form of motivation is the brotherhood.

You have to walk in every meeting as if you're coaching Tom Brady, because if you go in there,

ill-prepared and babble, Tom Brady will shoot you down. Football is about love.
