Summary

I read a headline the other day about Elon Musk laying off 10% of the Tesla staff because of predictions about an upcoming recession. I can usually see through the BS clickbait headlines, but this one really got me down. Instead of staying in that funk, I decided to dig a little deeper and realized that the dramatic headline was way off from the truth about what's going on at Tesla. This was a great reminder for me that skewed data and scandalous headlines can make us feel positive and take action, or feel negative and freeze.

I'm sharing how to spot when data is taken out of context and why it's so important to surround yourself with positive propaganda. I promise that what I'm putting out there will always be based on facts and I'll continue to offer solutions, including mine and Lori's course that will bulletproof you for whatever happens with the economy.

IN THIS EPISODE, WE TALK ABOUT:

  • Recognizing your reactions to misleading, provocative headlines
  • Doing your due diligence and getting facts about what's going on in your arena
  • Recapping what a recession actually is and why it doesn't have to slow you down
  • Why I've committed to making more money this year than I did last year
  • My promise to be the voice of reason and possibility
