I was having my coffee, I gave myself a countdown just like I do for my five-year-old.

I don't know if you all have to do this, but I have to give myself a countdown because otherwise I'll just sit and have

coffee for way longer than I should because I just love my morning routine and I love my coffee and the

last bit of the routine was I'm going to go get my workout in I'm going to get this done.

So I said, okay, Rach, at 830, you're wrapping this train up and you're going to go out to the gym and you're going to do what you need to do.
