0:09.7	Every time I hear the episode numbers for your podcast, it is pretty astounding, I have to say.
0:15.7	And that's coming from someone who has spent pretty much her entire professional career in media and involving interviews

0:27.6	Just reminding me of something when I started out in 2016, I was looking at some of the other
0:34.4	popular podcast in the genre of personal development and things
0:39.4	like that and wellness and whatnot. And I was looking at these astronomical download numbers
0:45.1	from certain people. And then, of course, looking at my own in the beginning, which were like 20
0:51.6	people. And I figured out that the way back in the day, I don't know if they still do this,
0:57.7	but the way a few podcasters gamed the system in terms of being able to claim a number of
1:03.7	downloads is they would do these daily like five or ten minute episodes, right?
1:07.9	And then they're up to episode, you know, 5,000 or whatever, but some of them
1:13.6	were just micro-drops. And so... Because at that point, I don't know if it's changed,
1:20.1	because you know, I'm not a very data-driven human being. I'm a divine-driven human being,
1:25.9	but back in that time, wasn't it like to get the
1:30.2	download, they did or did not have to make it through the whole quote-unquote episode?
1:35.0	I think back in the day you just had to click play. Okay. Yeah. And now I don't think a download
1:41.7	counts. I could be mistaken also, but I don't think downloads count now unless the listener gets a little ways into it. Yeah, I think there's something like that. So anyway, I was like, well, if that's the game, maybe I'll do that. So I contemplated that. Then I realized, I literally can't do anything in, you know, under 10 minutes.
2:04.3	Like, once I sit down and talk to someone or I start talking even like on a solo cast,
2:09.1	I mean, it's going to be at least 60 minutes, if not our normal length, which is a couple hours.
