| 1:05.5 | Mudras are simply a way that you can position your hands. |
| 1:10.4 | Now, you can do the meditation technique or |
| 1:15.1 | you don't have to do the meditation technique. You can still receive all the |
| 1:19.7 | benefits of the meditation even if you don't do the mudra. But a mudra is simply a way that you position your hands to stimulate specific areas of your brain. |
| 1:33.7 | By applying light pressure to certain areas of your hand, you activate the corresponding region of the brain. |
| 1:43.5 | This works a lot like acupressure, and so you might want to try it. |
| 1:49.2 | You know, I meditated for over a decade before I gave mudras a try, |
