You guys welcome to another episode of Beyond the Blinds, it is me Troy McEady and Kelly Williams.

As always we want to start because that's what we do now, we start with pop culture because it's more fun.

So we of course want to start this week's episode by talking about some stuff that's going on in

the news and pop culture. I was telling Kelly before we started recording that I just saw how

Wayne and I'm so like amped up about it that I just want to complain for a second. It was in a

bismill garbage piece of trash. There were people in my theater getting up and leaving.

Oh my god. Which I've never been in a theater where people like leave because they're like I

didn't even know people really did that because movies are expensive. People were leaving.

Like it was like as a person who's been watching this franchise since I was a kid it was such a

thing. It was like shitting in people's faces. It was so bad. It is a stain on the legacy of this

movie. I feel bad for Jamie Lee Curtis that she has to promote it. It's like some fucking like

lifetime movie garbage shit. And I just wanted to complain about it for a couple seconds

before we started because I just saw it in the spirit of Halloween Troy. I know horror movies are

your favorite. What do people need to like watch? I will not watch them. I don't do scary movies.

So everyone but me. People need to go see smile because it's like it's very good. It's really

special. It's unique. It's like it's a special horror movie. I feel like we'll be talking about it

for like 10 years. It reminds me of it follows. I would also suggest people go see barbarian.

It's amazing. Justin Long is in it and he's incredible. I love Justin Long.

Yeah, I would say those two are the ones that people should see right now and just please don't

go pay money to see Halloween. Like watch it on peacock if you already have the app. Don't go to

a theater. Say spare yourself. That makes me sad because I know how much you love those movies.

I was sitting in that theater highest shit wanting to cry. I was literally like it almost in tears.
