So it's February 14th, 2016, and I wish you all a beautiful and loving Valentine's Day.

Whether you're celebrating with loved ones, with good friends, family, or spending the day doing a lot of self-care for you because

you deserve it. And I honor you for giving yourself this time to sit down and meditate

because meditation is one of the best things you can do for all areas of your life.

And so in each meditation this week, we're going to explore a meditation technique to let go and relax.

I think that's my best Valentine's gift I can give you. It's just that sense of

peace and calm and just letting things rest for a while. So in today's meditation as we

launch into this theme, I'm going to guide you using a visualization meditation technique.

And then you can, after I guide you through the meditation, you even will hear the music stop,

I encourage you to sit and meditate on your own. So the techniques and my guidance

is just to get you there. To be there is truly the essence of meditation. So go ahead and just sit in stillness after I guide you through the meditation

and meditate just to the point where you still feel joy doing it. Always injure meditation

rub your hands together and really feel the energy the beautiful energy you've been
