Are we ready? Let's go. Let's talk about five truths to why, whether you are struggling to lose weight or get healthy or like it just isn't happening.

You keep trying to do the thing. You know to do. You want to stop obsessing. You want to stop neglecting your body, but as you're doing it, it's not changing and it feels very frustrating.

You're just frustrated. All right, let me read this post that I made.

It says, if you know what to do and still struggle to do it, it's likely not self-control you lack.

It's an overload of stress your body is holding chronic stress ongoing stress negatively affects the size, organization and structure of your brain.

You can have all the knowledge, but you know, all the knowledge of God, but lack intimacy with the God of the word.

While in his word or out in your day trying to live out his word, we need intimacy and intimacy with God requires less work, more presence.

If you want to make physical change, try starting with cutting the fat of busy.
