| 0:57.9 | I know it's not always easy to get outside, but if you could, even open a window if you're |
| 1:05.9 | inside, bring the outdoors and really connect with your environment. |
| 1:10.7 | This is a fantastic way to help you overcome loneliness. |
| 1:15.6 | And how I'll do this meditation is, I'm going to leave some context, some inspiration for you |
| 1:21.6 | to give you some food for thought as you approach your meditation. |
| 1:26.6 | And then I'll guide you through the meditation |
| 1:29.3 | and then I will leave you as you continue your walking meditation or whether you do it seated |
| 1:36.7 | on your own remember the techniques and the guidance I give you those help to to get you there, but only you can be there |
| 1:47.0 | as you meditate on your own. And so when the music stops and when I stop guiding you, just continue |

| 2:18.8 | That part that's sometimes not so apparent when it's so easy to get caught up in other people's agendas and overwhelm and distractions. |
| 2:28.5 | So tap into you, the very best part of you, I should give yourself this gift of meditation today. |
| 2:38.3 | And when you finish your meditation, a good way to finish it is just to stop and absorb how you feel. |
