I got a call on the set of Happy Days from a police department

and I said that we've got a kid on a ledge and he's going to jump but he wants to talk to you.

Where you talk to him?

Where I got the nerve to talk to this boy?

I don't know but I did and I said you know listen how old are you he said I'm 17

he said I want to be an actor and I haven't made it. I said I'm 27 and I just made it. There's plenty of time.

You do me a favor when you walk in, get off that ledge and just live your life and not worry about being a star, just be a good person.
