| 0:00.0 | Welcome to the Almost 30 Podcast. I'm Lindsay and I'm Krista and we're your hosts, guides and friends on this path. |
| 0:07.0 | Almost 30 is not about your age, it's about the feeling. All of us are almost something, seeking community and resources to support the rumblings of transformation within us. |
| 0:17.0 | Our conversations are deep dives, shepherded by our insatiable curiosity and desire for connection and during inspiration and a sense of levity that we can all benefit from. |
| 0:28.0 | We're looking to find the magic in the human experience. Vukkala baby, your evolution is waiting. Welcome to the Almost 30 Podcast. It is Lindsay, some sick and Krista Williams, your podcast, the FFs or So Glad you're here. Welcome. |
| 0:47.0 | Welcome. Welcome everybody. It's your big sisters in the podcast space. I'm so glad you're here, especially for this episode today with tanks. It's going to be such a good one. We just did one with tanks earlier this week. So this is a double episode week with her and it is so much fun. We had such a great time. |
| 1:05.0 | We're going to be digging into topics like body and friendship and all of the things that we like to talk about here at almost 30. I'm curious after sitting down with her like what surprised you. |
| 1:15.0 | Most about meeting her for the first time and just getting to know someone that you know from like an online space. |
| 1:22.0 | You know what's interesting is that I realized with some of the people that we've recently interviewed that have been big online presence people that I actually don't and I don't want to sell make pretentious asshole. |
| 1:35.0 | I don't consume their content and it helps me so much in interviews like when we did Melissa Wood health who obviously I'm a huge fan she's amazing but it's not like I'm regularly a consumer of her content. |
| 1:48.0 | Right and even with tanks to like I haven't really tapped into their content in a way that would impact the interview because sometimes the people that I really love and I really like respects like Mary Posna when we had her on the show. |
| 2:02.0 | I felt like a weirdo because I'm like I literally love your content. I love what you share. I feel so aligned to it. And so it's actually so helpful because I was able to approach her like a normal person and not like someone that was like, oh my god. |
| 2:17.0 | I pedestalize you in this certain way because I've been really working with all the people in my life that I put on a pedestal and how much I give my power away in that way. |
| 2:28.0 | So a roundabout answer of saying what surprised me was that it was so easy to drop in with her because I felt so comfortable she felt so comfortable. |
| 2:40.0 | And there was so much overlap in the way that we see a lot of different things like in her book, the shift that I got to read the night before I was able to just really tap into a lot of her perspectives. |
| 2:51.0 | And so I felt really comfortable with her and I felt really connected. And it also reminded me that I think so much of what we do we meet a lot of amazing people like definitely people in our world and space can be a little funky town. |
| 3:05.0 | And we're like wellness spirituality and entertainment adjacent, but I actually haven't met someone that I haven't liked in a really, really long time. |
| 3:12.0 | So I was just like, wow, another person that I really enjoy. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to be around people that are like actually really cool. |
| 3:20.0 | And if I think back to like any period of time where I feel like I was like meeting or attracting some funky ass people, you can attribute it so much to what's internally going on or just kind of what you are attracting. |
| 3:33.0 | You know, I don't think it's by chance. I really think that these people are coming into our orbit because there's just specific alignments that are working feel really good. And I mean, we've done a lot of work around that whether consciously or unconsciously. So yes, feels good to feel good. |
| 3:52.0 | Yeah, that's like thinking about some other interviews we've done in the past at points. Some we've released some we haven't. |
| 4:00.0 | And just like honestly, people are like, oh, how was your interview with this person? I'm like, if honestly I was in a bad mood that day. So I don't, it wasn't as good as I wished. |
| 4:11.0 | And how so much of our work, I've been thinking about that lately, like our work is the best. I love what I do. But there is that moment of there is an unforgiving nature to podcasting because you are consistently putting out conversational content. |
