I don't see that. I don't see like the Florida, Arizona all those other places.

Because what goes up fast tends to come down too, more volatile.

So realtors, let's talk about that for a second. I have a lot of realtors who follow me and my big thing and you've got this big company that does software building landing pages managing social media

CRM sales because I tell people if you're in the if you're a realtor

Here's the thing to let's be honest for a second, not a fan anyway.

Most realtors make no money.

Yep.

But the good ones make crazy money.

And so it's a real like the Pareto principle 80-20.

It's for its 20% of realtors make all the money.

I looked at one point years ago, the average realtors making like 15,000 a year.

And the reason is, I will give three reasons and get your opinion.

Number one, you have to know how to build a personal brand in the world. I've been fortunate

enough to build a 9 million person social media brand across different platforms.

But that took me blood, sweat, and tears didn't know how to do that.
