I've been busy, haven't been on social much for a while.

For a lot of people that's like the end game is like to be a social media influencers the goal for me it's a means to an end

for me you know I've got a singular, which is like how to live the good life.

What's the definition of good life?

Health, wealth, love, happiness.

Nowhere in there is trying to be a big social media influencer, a part of the good life.

It may be a dynamic that can lead to the good life,

but in general, for most people,

I actually think being a social media influencer will lead to the bad life. I've seen that just like a lot of celebrities and you look at most celebrities they end up in rehab, you know.

So anyway, let's talk about closing million dollar deals.

Now, for those of you just starting out, that might feel like an overwhelming goal, like

million dollars. So let's start with starting out a thousand dollar deal or a ten thousand dollar deal.

The singular skill that you can learn that's the most statistically proven way to create long-term wealth in your life is to know how to close deals and sales skills and business skills.

Everything else is kind of a subset to that.

If you look at somebody even like Elon Musk,

he's a good, you don't see this

because he mostly talks about SpaceX and Tesla,

but he knows how to close deals.

He didn't start PayPal.
