Sure, I started in real estate about five and a half, six years ago now.

I had a background in the Navy was a defense contractor after that

Got bored with that got into real estate and it works so well I as a part-time gig I had to quit my job a few months later and my first year I sold about $22 million. So it was a great year. I had a lot of fun doing it. I started to build out a team.
