because you've been you've been saying you've been throwing a little shade here

recently. Yeah I have. I have. We you know the totem pole is our ever changing

talking point because we're constantly working on it. So my totem pole has been

a little off this week. I've noticed just because I've been so crazy with

trying to get ready to start back filming which we did yesterday and actually

talked about this with Dave yesterday. You know kind of I feel like and I don't

know about you guys out there but I feel like once you start talking to

somebody you know a therapist or a pastor or whatever. It's one of those things

that you have to keep up. You have to keep going because it is so easy to to

revert back. I think and I think that's with anything. I think that's if you're

trying to be a good spouse, a good friend, a good whatever. You know it takes

work and you have to constantly remind yourself because you know for me and I

won't go get off on too big of a soapbox about this but I just wouldn't
